A space where difference is embraced, not pathologised.

Therapy for anxiety, trauma, identity, and the full expression of who you are. No self-explanation required.

You've found your way here. That already took something.

Hi, I'm Maritxu
(pronounced Mah-ree-choo)

I’m a queer, Latina, psychotherapist and clinical supervisor, registered with BACP and COSRT. I work fully online with adults and intimate partners across the UK and internationally, in English and Spanish.

I know what it is like to spend years sensing that something is different about how you move through the world, without having language for it yet. The exhaustion of that. The relief, eventually, of finding words that fit. That experience is part of what brought me to this work, and part of why I built a practice around the people who so often don't feel they quite fit elsewhere.

You belong here.

You don't need to explain or justify who you are before the work can begin. Whatever your neurotype, gender, sexuality, relationship style, cultural background, or (dis)ability — this is a practice built on genuine curiosity, not assumptions.

How I Can Help

You might be here because...

  • Anxiety feels like your baseline, not something that comes and goes

  • You are exhausted in a way that sleep does not fix

  • You have recently received a diagnosis, or are starting to suspect one, and are making sense of what that means for you

  • Something has always felt a bit different about how you experience the world, and you are starting to understand why

  • You are tired of masking, people-pleasing, or shrinking yourself to fit spaces that weren’t designed with your needs in mind

  • You are living with a condition that is invisible to most people, including some who are supposed to help you

  • You have tried to manage on your own and you are done with that

Therapy with me is collaborative, paced around you, and grounded in genuine curiosity about who you are, not a fixed idea of who you should become. We work together to understand what is happening beneath the surface, and to find ways forward that actually fit your life, your nervous system, and your values.

How it works

Ready to take the next step? Here's how it works.

1. Get in touch — drop me a message with a little about what's bringing you here. No need to have it all figured out.

2. Free consultation — we'll have a short 15–20 minute call to see if we're a good fit. No pressure, no commitment.

3. We begin — if it feels right for both of us, we'll agree a time and get started.
