Services

Therapy for the whole of you, not just the parts that are easy to explain.

Sometimes what we're carrying doesn't have words yet. My approach draws on both talking and somatic (body-based) methods, because insight alone doesn't always reach the places that need it most. Together we work at whatever pace fits you, moving between reflection, felt sense, and meaning-making in a way that honours how you actually process the world.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, a late diagnosis of neurodivergence or a chronic health condition, relationship difficulties, or a quiet but persistent sense of disconnection from yourself, therapy can help you find your footing again.

You don't need a clear goal or the β€˜right’ words to begin. We start with whatever feels most present for you.

I offer online therapy for individuals and intimate partners across the UK and internationally, in English and Spanish. All sessions take place via secure video call.

Individual Therapy

One-to-one therapy, tailored entirely to you.

This is a space to slow down, make sense of what you're carrying, and work through whatever is getting in the way of living the life you want. Sessions are paced around you, shaped by what feels most present, and grounded in genuine curiosity about who you are rather than a fixed idea of who you should become.

I work with adults navigating:

  • Anxiety and anxiety disorders, including including the kind that is chronic, internalised, or invisible to those around you

  • Burnout, emotional exhaustion, and nervous system overwhelm

  • Late neurodivergent diagnosis or self-realisation

  • Complex trauma and C-PTSD

  • Domestic abuse and intimate partner violence, including coercive control and recovery after leaving

  • Depression and low mood

  • Chronic illness and chronic pain, including ME/CFS, dysautonomia, POTS, and conditions that are frequently dismissed or misdiagnosed

  • Sexual health, identity, desire, and intimacy concerns

  • Gender identity and sexuality exploration

  • Migration, cross-cultural identity, and navigating multiple worlds at once

  • Grief and loss

If you don't see your experience listed here, you are still welcome to get in touch.

Relationship Therapy

For intimate partners who want to understand each other better, repair what feels broken, or find a new way of being together.

Relationship therapy is not about taking sides or deciding who is right. It is about creating a space where both of you feel heard, and where the relationship itself has room to breathe and shift. I work with all relationship structures, including monogamous, non-monogamous, polyamorous, and relationship anarchist configurations.

I support partners navigating:

  • Communication difficulties and recurring conflict

  • Neurodivergent relationship dynamics, including mixed neurotype partnerships

  • Mismatched sexual desire or intimacy challenges

  • Betrayal, trust ruptures, and finding a way forward

  • Separation and uncoupling, including conscious uncoupling

  • The impact of trauma, chronic illness, or mental health on the relationship

  • LGBTQIA+ relationship experiences

  • Cross-cultural and multilingual relationships

Clinical Supervision

A thoughtful, affirming supervisory space for trainee and qualified therapists.

Supervision with me is collaborative and genuinely human. I hold your professional development and your wellbeing with equal care, because the two are not separate.

This space was built with neurodivergent therapists in mind. If you've struggled to find a supervisor who actually understands that experience from the inside, that's not an accident. It's the point. I work especially well with neurodivergent therapists, those supporting marginalised communities, and practitioners developing specialist skills in sex and relationship therapy, trauma, or culturally sensitive practice.

I can support you with:

  • Individual and group client work

  • Building or developing a private practice

  • Specialist areas including sex and relationship therapy, neurodivergence, and trauma

  • Burnout prevention and sustainable practice

  • Culturally sensitive and anti-oppressive practice

  • Personal and professional development

  • One-off consultations

My Approach

My practice is pluralistic, meaning I draw on a range of therapeutic models rather than applying a single fixed framework. What guides me is not a method but a relationship: between us, between you and your own experience, and between where you are now and where you want to be.

I work from an anti-oppressive, neuroaffirming, and trauma-informed foundation. I do not interpret your experience from the outside or measure you against a fixed idea of what health or wellness looks like. You are the expert on your own life. My role is to help you find what actually works for you.

Sessions take place fully online via secure video call, which means you can access support from wherever you are, without the additional demand of travel or waiting rooms.
