Online therapy for neurodivergent adults, LGBTQIA+ folks, and anyone navigating anxiety, relational trauma, or sex and relationship concerns.
No formal diagnosis required. No perfect words needed. Just a space where difference is welcomed and healing happens at your pace.
What I work with
Anxiety: The racing thoughts that won't switch off. The spirals that feel impossible to interrupt. The dread that shows up without warning. The rituals and routines that feel like they keep you safe but also keep you trapped. The avoidance that slowly shrinks your world. If you're neurodivergent, chances are your anxiety doesn't look like the textbook version, and standard approaches haven't quite fit.
Sex and Relationship therapy: All genders, all sexualities, all relationship structures. Whether you're navigating intimacy, desire, communication, trust, or the question of whether to stay or go. Pink Therapy aligned, kink-aware, and genuinely comfortable with the things people find hard to say out loud.
The aftermath of harm: When someone has used power over you. When trust was broken in ways that changed how you see yourself and others. When your body still holds what your mind tries to forget. We go as slow as you need. Rebuilding safety and self-trust is not a linear process, and it doesn't need to be.
Neurodivergent affirming support: Late-identified, self-realising, or questioning autistic and ADHD adults who are tired of being misunderstood. I'm AuDHD myself and came to that understanding later in life. I know the particular texture of that experience from the inside, not just from a textbook.
For therapists
Clinical supervision: For neurodivergent practitioners or those working with marginalised communities, complex caseloads, or identity-focused work.
A space that honours your humanity as much as your professional role.
I work fully online in English and Spanish, across the UK and internationally.
I'm currently at capacity for new clients, but I'd love to let you know when a space opens up.
Traditional therapy wasn't built with neurodivergent people in mind.
Let's change that.
Most therapy models were designed for a narrow idea of how a person should think, feel, communicate, and relate. If you don't fit that mould, you've probably spent enough energy trying to.
My practice is built on a simple belief: difference is not something to be fixed. You are the expert on your own life. My job is to help you find what actually works for you, not to squeeze you into a framework that was never made to fit.
How it works
1. Get in touch. Drop me a message with a little about what's bringing you here. No need to have it all figured out.
2. Free consultation. We'll have a short 15 to 20 minute video call to see if we're a good fit. No pressure, no commitment, no sales pitch. Just a conversation.
3. We begin. If it feels right, we'll agree a time and get started. If there's a wait, I'll be honest about that and we can plan ahead.
